The workouts are for beginner through to advanced. We begin the first few weeks covering the fundamentals then increase the complexity on week 4.

That’s okay! Coordination is a skill that can be developed with practice. Take it at your own pace and focus on form rather than speed. You can also try modifications for exercises and gradually build up to more complex movements. Remember, everyone starts somewhere and the most important thing is to keep practising and stay consistent.
