What does the level 1 kettlebell course cover?

The level 1 course covers the main principles of kettlebell training and all of the fundamental kettlebell exercises and cues to teach them safely and effectively.

What does the level 2 kettlebell course cover?

The level 2 course begins where the level 1 course left off covering double kettlebell exercises, multi-planar movements and advanced variations of swings, cleans, snatches and much more!

What type of kettlebell training do you teach?

We specialise in traditional Russian Hard Style kettlebell training.

Who is this course for?

Personal trainers, group fitness instructors, physiotherapists, chiropractors, sports coaches, athletes and the general fitness enthusiast that wants to learn the skills of how to use kettlebells correctly to boost their own performance results.

I am not a personal trainer, physio, strength coach or fitness professional, can I still enrol in the course?

How will I be assessed?

You will be asked to perform and coach 5 fundamental kettlebell movements and answer 5 multiple choice theory questions.

What pass mark do I need to achieve a pass?

You will need to achieve an 80% passmark for the theory and an 80% passmark for the practical.

What if I don't achieve the required passmark?
